wat ever reigon u start in ther r guidelines u have 2 follow

1. u have 2 stay in ur region until after the pokemon league 4 that region
2. u can only catch pokemon in ur region when u start off
3. u can only challenge the gyms of ur reigons until after pokemon league 4 ur region
